Information recorded when you use our services may include:

- password – we do not have access to passwords; they are encrypted and used only for authentication.

- delivery and collection addresses saved in the app
- content provided by the user
- additional information/notes for orders
- information provided when contacting us
- demographic data
- transaction information
- order history
- order statuses
- selected payment method
- date and time of the service
- device information
- device model and manufacturer
- language used
- operating system version
- screen resolution
- information about app crashes
How we use information
All information we collect is used only to perform the service and for analytical and marketing purposes (only if consent is given).
We may also use the collected data for research and development to provide our customers with functionality that makes their lives easier.
We may additionally use data when handling claims or legal disputes.
Who has access to the data
Access to information relating to performance of the service is provided to the laundry contracted by us to which the order is assigned.
Data is not sold or passed to any marketing companies.
Data may additionally be transferred to:
- cloud service providers,
- payment processors,
- providers of marketing services that we use.
How long we retain data
We retain information entrusted to us by users for as long as their account exists in our database and for up to 5 years after the account is deleted. This is due to legal requirements.
We cannot delete your personal data from backups. If a backup is restored, we will promptly delete the relevant data.
When you use our services, you are subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”)
Each of our users has the right to request:
- A copy of all information we hold about you,
- Correction of your data,
- Deletion of personal data (see the “DATA RETENTION AND DELETION” section)
- restriction of processing for a period enabling the Controller to verify the accuracy of the data
If you believe that your personal data is being processed improperly or inconsistently with the purpose stated above, you have the right to lodge a complaint about its processing with the supervisory authority. Please also note that refusal to provide data will make it impossible to perform the service.
