Visiting the laundry
Can I bring just one item?
Yes. There is no minimum order value at the shop — you can bring even a single shirt. The 200 PLN minimum only applies to orders with collection and delivery.
Does cleaning include ironing?
Yes, clothes brought in for cleaning are also ironed. Items in the price list specify “cleaning + ironing”.
Where is the laundry and when is it open?
Visit us at ul. Piotra Wysockiego 2, 31-310 Kraków. Entrance from Radzikowskiego Street. Monday - Friday: 07:00–18:00, Saturday: 09:00–14:00.

Collection and delivery
How should I prepare items for collection by the driver?
There is no need for special sorting or packaging. The driver has a bag for your items.
Will you collect laundry from my address?
Enter your postcode in the delivery checker to find out whether you can book collection and delivery. Call us if you need help.

We collect and deliver laundry Monday to Friday. Choose a time slot in the app: 08:00–12:00, 12:00–16:00, 16:00–20:00. The driver will confirm the time or agree a change by phone, depending on availability.
When will I get my laundry back?
For orders with transport, we need one full working day at the laundry between collection and return. For example: collection on Monday, cleaning on Tuesday and delivery on Wednesday. The driver confirms the transport time.

Express orders with transport are arranged individually by phone. Call to ask about availability and details.
What if I need to change the transport time?
Contact us by phone. We will arrange a new collection or delivery time with you individually.
Prices and payment
How much does cleaning cost?
The price depends on the item and the service. Our full price list covers clothes, outerwear, accessories and household textiles.

The minimum charge for an order with collection and delivery is 200 PLN. If the cleaning costs less, you pay 200 PLN. There is no minimum at the laundry shop.
Is there a separate delivery fee?
There is no separate collection or delivery fee. The minimum charge for the entire order with transport is 200 PLN.
When and how can I pay?
Pay when you receive your clean laundry, by card, BLIK or cash. This applies both at the laundry shop and to orders with transport.
How do I make a complaint?
Contact the laundry by phone or email. The complaints procedure is set out in the laundry service terms and conditions.

Do I need the app to use the laundry?
No. You can bring items to the shop or contact us by phone. The app is an additional way to book collection and delivery.
Where can I download the app?
The Ciocia Renia app is available on the App Store for iPhone and Google Play for Android devices.

How do I delete my account?
